Since 1901: a family tradition made pisco
Since then, we began our adventure in the pisque adventure that has transcended time to obtain the best of Caravelí's production, whose prodigious desert has excellent volcanic sandy-loam soils, which maintain a good genetic quality of our heritage grape varieties "Negra Criolla de Caravelí" and "Moscatel de Caravelí", along with other local native grapes.
Our production methods are purely natural and ancestral, with no need to add any chemical products to the must, resulting in a natural, exclusive and quality pisco. In addition, we follow the Slow Food philosophy, as we take care of nature in every step of the process and we keep alive our 400 year old pisco tradition.
At Pisco 1901, we have been passionate about pisco for over 100 years and our main motivation every day is to contribute to the local economy, and we do this through research on water conservation and vine genetics, protecting our organic vineyards and our ancestral legacy.
